About the role

We are currently looking for a Product Management Intern (f/m/x) to join our team. As a Product Management Intern, you’ll work on a variety of product and marketing related tasks. The role will be based in our Berlin HQ and will report to one of the co-founders. This is a three to six-month internship, with the possibility to extend and become a permanent member of the team.

Your responsibilities

• Be a sparring partner for the Founding team for strategic and operational decisions and projects to continuously build the company
• Support the development of our product and marketing strategy
• Support the Founding team with hiring, investor relations, and daily operations
• Research, analyze and evaluate new product opportunities to digitize the organization of home care and present results to the founding team
• Work closely with the founding team to suggest and evaluate product development initiatives that boost business performance

Your qualification

• Currently pursuing or already completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a top-tier university
• You an work independently or in a team and can successfully influence decision making
• Analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
• Fluent in German & English
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on mentality, always looking for ways to improve the way we operate
